OVER 28 YEARS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE
APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Please note : A completed application is a must.

1.  You must complete all BFA application forms and reference forms.

2.  You must have an official copy of your transcript.

3.  You must be available for interview by the BFA Scholarship
    Selection Committee.

4. You must submit a two to three page typewritten autobiography.
    Include your family and school life to date, why you want to go to
   college,  community involvement, etc.

We strongly suggest that as soon as you receive your scholarchip application, request your transcript from your school. This will allow adequate time for processing.
